For me, I dun think this statement was being passed. Every one future actually is depend on each own hand... You doesn't not work hard to get a dream job is yourself let go the chance... Every one have to plan wat actaully they aiming for their future.. Ops!! not only future but also ur target as well... If even a small aiming u also cannot reach wat for u aiming your dream without any action...
